Cabin Rates

We hope you decided to stay with us. Here you will find all of our rates and policies. If you want to know more about a cabin you can just click the cabin and you will be taken to that cabin’s page.

Check-In Time: After 3 p.m. – Check-out Time: by 10 a.m.

All Cabins are non-smoking. If you must smoke, you must do so outdoors.

Pets are not permitted in cabins or cabin area.

Cabin occupancy is limited to the number of people shown on each Cabin’s page. (Click on the cabin of your choice to see occupancy limit.)

No sleeping in tents, campers and RV’s in cabin areas.

Mono County Tax: All rates are subject to a 12% Mono County Tax, for stays of less than 31 days.

Small Children: There is no charge for children under the age of two.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.

Fires are allowed only in designated fire rings.

Bears are present at Silver Lake, please keep all coolers inside and all food stored.

Deposit Requirements

  • A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required within 14 days of making a reservation to hold them. Balance is due upon arrival.
  • There is no refund for early departure. Our guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation.
  • A security deposit is required on cabins. This must be in the form of credit card imprint, taken upon arrival, and will be charged if the cabin is not left in good order, damaged, items missing, or if the cabin has been smoked in.

Cancellations Policies

  • Cancellation of reservations require a twenty-one (21) day notice to insure deposit refund.
  • These cancellation times are effective regardless of when reservations are made (i.e., if reservation is made within the cancellation period, all deposits become non-refundable).
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge, plus Calif. state allowed fees.

RV Park Rates

$54 per night – $335 per week – $945 per month

Occupancy Information

  • Check-In Time: 12:00PM – Check-Out Time: 11:00AM.
  • Occupying a site beyond 11:00 a.m. will result in an additional daily rate charge.
  • Please NO Parking after dark. (Please park in Overflow, NOT in your site)
  • There is no refund for early departure. Guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation.
  • Rates are for four guests only. Additional occupants are $3.00 per person, per night. All guests must be registered.
  • Our quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., this includes partying, radios, air conditioners and generators.
  • We will do our best to reserve particular sites that are requested but we cannot guarantee sites requested.
  • Sleeping in vehicles that do not occupy a rental space is not allowed. Tents are also not allowed.
  • Barbecues are allowed at each site. There is also a large centralized shaded picnic and barbecue area.
  • Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash. They must not become a nuisance to others.
  • Pets must be walked outside the park, and to protect your forest, must be cleaned up after.
  • All rates are subject to a 12% Mono County Tax for a stay less than 31 days.
  • No open Wood Fires at sites.
  • Bears are present at Silver Lake, please keep all coolers inside and all food stored.

Reservation Information

  • We make every effort to have your RV space ready and available for the time reserved. In return, we expect our guests to be responsible for the full length of their reservation. There will be NO REFUND for early departures.
  • Deposit Requirements:
    • 1 night stay – Full Amount
    • 2-14 nights stay – 50% Deposit
    • Fifteen or more nights stay – $350.00 Deposit
  • Deposits must be received within 14 days after making your reservation to hold the reservation.
