Silver Lake Resort Fish Pictures 6/6 – 6/13/2021

Kelly Carlisle of Big Bear hooked this beautiful 10 pound Brown Trolling with a Gold/Black Rapala on Silver Lake this past week. Mr. Carlisle went round and round with this big beast as it took him about an hour to carefully bring in the big boy on 4 pound test. It was a windy afternoon that just added to the difficulty of safely landing this Brown. I personally watched Mr. Carlisle fight this guy, bring it to the boat, take a couple pictures then try to release it back to into the Lake, but the struggle had worn this monster out and Mr. Carlisle did the right thing and kept the trophy Brown and will have it mounted by our local taxidermist. It was amazing to watch Mr. Carlisle bring in this big boy. Well done Kelly!!!!!
