Rates for 2010 Season
$33 per night - $215 per week - $665 per month

Occupancy Information
  • Check-In and Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
    •
  • Occupying a site beyond 11:00 a.m. will result in an additional daily rate charge.
    •
  • Please NO Parking after dark.
  • There is no refund for early departure. Guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation.
    •
  • Rates are for four guests only. Additional occupants are $3.00 per person, per night. All guests must be registered.
  • Our quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., this includes partying, radios, air conditioners and generators.
    •
  • We will do our best to reserve particular sites that are requested but we cannot guarantee sites requested.
    •
  • Sleeping in vehicles that do not occupy a rental space is not allowed. Tents are also not allowed.
    •
  • Barbecues are allowed at each site. There is also a large centralized shaded picnic and barbecue area.
    •
  • Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash. They must not become a nuisance to others.
    •
  • Pets must be walked outside the park, and to protect your forest, must be cleaned up after.
    •
  • All rates are subject to a 12% Mono County Tax for a stay less than 31 days.
    •
Reservation Information
  • We make every effort to have your RV space ready and available for the time reserved. In return, we expect our guests to be responsible for the full length of their reservation. There will be NO REFUND for early departures.
    •
  • Deposit Requirements:
    Less than one week stayFull Amount
    One to two week stay$150.00
    More than two week stay$250.00
  • Deposits must be received within 14 days after making your reservation to hold the reservation.
Cancellations Policies
  • Cancellation of reservations require a twenty-one (21) day notice to insure deposit refund.
    •
  • These cancellation times are effective regardless of when reservations are made (i.e., if reservation is made within the cancellation period, all deposits become non-refundable).
    •
  • All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 service charge.
    •
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge, plus California state allowed fees.
